Ida Township Community Room Rental Update 

(In compliance with the State of Michigan Department of Health & Human Services Emergency Order,  “Gathering Prohibition and Mask Order”)

Our Community Room measures approximately 2,100 square feet (including the kitchen and restroom areas)

This means Ida Township is able to rent the Community Room with a

MAXIMUM capacity of 40 people.

Individuals are required to wear face masks at all indoor gatherings.



Is available for rental for non-smoking/non-alcoholic events holding up to 80 people. The rental cost is $200.00 per event.

You may also click below to view and/or print the rental agreement. Once you’ve called to verify the rental date is available, you can bring the completed agreement to the Ida Township Hall with the security deposit of $100.00 to secure the date. Make your plans early as weekend dates usually fill up fast. As stated in the contract, the rental fee is due two weeks prior to the event.
